Yang Shu Ten is located in the heart of the resort area in Niseko and right by a world 5-star Hilton Hotel, the restaurant is currently hiring candidates for the vacancies. Basic Requirements • Form 6 graduate or above. • Relevant experience in restaurant is an advantage. • Possess basic knowledge of food and common beverage items. • Basic command of spoken English. • Basic command of spoken Japanese is an advantage. For Chefs Responsibilities Preparing foods, clean and sanitizing the restaurant and kitchen, check the expiration dates and rotten foods, keep clean and safe kitchen environments, help and cooperate to each other, report incidents or accidents to GM, keep the food quality to be standard, ordering and checking the foods, training fire, water, electricity and gas safety, clean and hygiene management, study food safety and hygiene management by the law and the regulations by the government A basic salary for chefs starts from 250,000 JPY a month For Hall Staff Responsibilities Hall and kitchen helpers work including serving the customers, cleaning the restaurant, taking trash out, making sure safe and clean environments, preparing and helping each other and cooperate as a team, reporting any incidents or accidents to the general manager, checking the quality of foods and dishes and making sure a safe and secured working environment A basic salary for hall staff starts from 1,300 JPY an hour Disclaimer: Information provided by you will only be used for consideration of your application for the relevant position. Notice • Employments start on Thursday November 24, 2022. • The Winter season starts on Thursday December 1, 2022. • Working Hours require 4 ~ 8 hours a day. • 2 days off are provided a week. • Meals (lunch and dinner) are provided at the restaurant on working days. • Salaries are negotiable. • Free transportation is provided between the staff accommodation and the restaurant. • The staff accommodation can be arranged (the rent is 20,000 JPY a month). • The social insurances are provided.
