A dog that has been found in Hirafu village on Nov 11th and taken to the pound in Kutchan. It is a male dog and dark in color. It has a very friendly nature and someone has reported seeing this dog with a foreigner in the village. Anyway the dog will be destroyed on the 24th of November if not claimed before hand.
