Shaded car park space wanted

I am looking for a long term car park for a passenger vehicle in the area of niseko. Preferably near hirafu/kutchan or within 5km-10km radius distance. Prefer indoor garage parking. We are happy to sign bi monthly or semi annual or yearly parking space lease contract.
